This very sensitive primeval bony fish demanded the entire knowledge of marine biologists until it was able to adapt to the controlled rearing of aquaculture from 2008 onwards. The Russian sturgeon is now a "cosmopolitan" fish and thrives in aqua farms in Bulgaria, Italy, Israel, China and Uruguay.

    Appropriate husbandry is important to us and also a guarantee for our top-class caviar quality. Our sturgeons live in an extensive and natural lake landscape . This offers the fish enough habitat and water. The sturgeon caviar breeding is supervised by our experienced Iranian caviar master. All of our sturgeon caviar varieties can be stored unopened in the refrigerator at 4 ° C for at least 8 weeks. When opened, the sturgeon roe can be kept in the refrigerator for approx. 1-2 days with the lid firmly pressed. Please note the sticker with the current use-by date on your can.
