All orders are sent with express shipping so that your order arrives with the best possible flavor.

Express shipping costs 9, - EUR. Shipping is from Monday to Thursday.

For orders with a goods value of € 99 or more, we give you the shipping costs for express shipping.

If you select Saturday or public holiday delivery, there is a surcharge of € 15.

The prerequisite for this is an order received by 2 p.m.

Here you will find our delivery conditions in Austria and EU countries. *

Overseas territories and areas that do not belong to the customs territory of the EU cannot be supplied. These include, for example, Helgoland, Åland and Gibraltar.

1.1 Delivery information for Austria

We offer you the following shipping and delivery options in Austria:

  • UPS Express Saver: € 9.00 (free of charge from € 99 value of goods) *
    Delivery on the following working day or the next day if the order arrives before 2 p.m. **      

  • Pickup: € 0.00.

    In Vienna, delivery by courier can be arranged on the same day.

If you choose the payment method “cash on delivery” when ordering, the cash on delivery fee is € 20.00. Please have the money ready.

* For some destinations we have to charge a surcharge of € 9.50.

1.2 Delivery information in the customs area of ​​the European Union

  • UPS Express Saver: € 35.00 (free of charge from € 400 value of goods)
    Delivery on the following working day or the next day if the order arrives before 2 p.m. **      

If you choose the payment method “cash on delivery” when ordering, the cash on delivery fee is € 35.00. Please have the money ready.

* Areas where delivery with UPS Standard is not possible within 4 days (Greece, Bulgaria, large parts of Scandinavia, ...) are delivered with UPS Express. The buyer bears the costs of express delivery. In such cases, Royal Caviar will contact the buyer before the goods are dispatched.

2. Payment information

2.1 For deliveries within Austria you have the following payment options:

  • Payment by PayPal (PayPal, credit card, direct debit)

  • Prepayment by bank transfer

  • Payment by cash on delivery (plus cash on delivery fee € 20.00)

  • Cash on pickup

2.2 You have the following payment options for deliveries abroad:

  • Payment by PayPal (PayPal, credit card, direct debit)

2.3 Further payment details

When paying by direct debit (direct debit), you revocably authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
The direct debit takes place with the conclusion of the contract.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the contract is concluded.
